The Pioneer Titan 15010 is a 150 US-ton × 10 ft dual-servo hybrid CNC press brake designed for shops that need approximately 10 ft of bending length, 150 tons of force, and improved energy efficiency, noise reduction, and repeatability.
The Titan combines the rigid Pioneer press-brake frame with an independent variable-speed servo motor-pump unit for each cylinder. Unlike a conventional hydraulic press brake, the system draws power primarily when the beam is moving. This provides the forming capacity of a hydraulic press brake with faster response, quieter operation, lower energy consumption, reduced hydraulic piping, and fewer potential leak points.
